Plow bolt is a special fastener with a flat head and a square beneath the head similar to din 603 carriage bolt mainly  used in snow plow used in snow season. #3 head size is most common size used in plow bolt(Din608) used to attach to the moldboard of a plow bulldozer or grader and are best used for applications where the fastener head is subjected to excessive amounts of wear and tear .
