Threaded Rods (DIN 976)
Threaded rods also knowns as Threaded Bar are fully Threaded long studs, often used in in construction Foundation, marine, manufacturing, and various industrial and DIY applications.
They consist of a long, cylindrical Steel rod with continuous threads along its entire length, allowing for adjustable connections and tensioning.
The DIN 976-1 ( previously 975) German standard specifies Threaded Rods dimensions, materials, and tolerances.
Fully Threaded Rods: The most common type, with threads running the entire length of the rod.
Partially Threaded Rods: These have threads on both ends with an unthreaded section in the middle commonly knowns as Threaded Studs.
Threaded Rod is a versatile fastener used in a wide range of applications for bracing, clamping, and supporting structures.
Threaded rods is generally produced from cold-rolled steel. Rolled threads offer increased strength. Threaded rod can be used with standard nuts and washers and may be used in standard stock lengths or cut by customer to the length required.
Construction: Anchoring, structural fastening & reinforcement.
Machinery: Lead screws in lathes, vises, and worktables.
General Industry: Fixturing, clamping, and assembly jigs.

DIN 976 (Previously DIN 975) Threaded Rods
Threaded Rods with German DIN 976 Standard manufactured by BRK are upto 1m long rods that are threaded along their entire length. They resemble like threaded shaft or a screw or bolt, but tend to be longer. Unlike a screw or bolt, they do not have a head. Also known as all thread rod (ATR), fully threaded rods, continuously threaded rod or redi-rod. BRK Threaded Rods are manufactured in 8.8, 10.9, 5.6 Graded Steel. For High Moisture Application We manufacturer Threaded Rods in A2 (304), A4 (316), B7 Graded Stainless steel. BRK Full thread Rods are Best in quality, material & Standard. They are designed to be used in tension joining and/or stabilizing objects together.
Finishes:
- Plain: Uncoated steel for use in dry, indoor environments.
- Zinc-Plated: A common finish that provides moderate corrosion resistance.
- Hot-Dip Galvanized: A thick zinc coating for superior corrosion resistance in harsh environments.
- Black Oxide: A finish that offers mild corrosion resistance and is often used for aesthetic purposes.
